"Great duplex right by the beach! We loved walking to the beach and eating at Kooky Coconut right next the beach access! They have the best food and we drank from real coconuts! I also loved that it’s literally a 5 minute drive from Indian Rocks Beach preserve and Dog Park! The location is great, the fact we could bring our fur babies was great, and the little house was so cute! Loved the kitchen! We would definitely stay here again!"

"Alexander is a wonderful host! He was available for questions and we actually got to meet him and his family. Very nice people! Our rental was clean and adequately equipped for cooking at home. The duplex is just a short block away from the most beautiful beach in the world. Neighborhood is quiet and well maintained by the residents. Shopping is close by in Largo and the area has many great restaurants and choices of food. We definitely enjoyed our time there and would love to return next year. Thank you, Alexander and look us up if you ever make that trip to Alaska!"

"The place was in a great spot and worked perfectly for me and my daughter to enjoy a few days in warmer weather! Alexander was a great host and very proactive in reaching out to check on every part of the process; check-in, check out and once in between. He also gave great recommendations for local restaurants. Plenty of great restaurants in walking distance. We would definitely visit again!"

"The location of the house was absolutely perfect and only steps from the beach. We could open the door and be on the beach in less than 5 minutes. We went with our kids and they used the air mattress, which was one of the nicest air mattresses I have ever seen. The unit had parking, towels and a decent amount of supplies. We stayed here and attended Phillies Spring Training, took a trip into Clearwater/Clearwater Beach and just enjoyed the area. Alex was very easy to communicate with and check in and check out were a breeze. Highly Recommend."

"From the beginning Alex was extremely friendly and welcoming! He was super helpful and flexible with pretty much everything. The environment was gorgeous, we had everything within walking distance and he was super responsive almost instantly whenever we had a question or needed anything! Absolutely 5 stars all around, we would 100% stay here again. This is my first time renting an Airbnb, and I could not be more thankful that I got to stay with such a great host!"

"I had family staying in one of the sand side places on the west side of Gulf Rd so I was just picking from a map of nearby places. We couldn't have done better if we searched for a month. It's closer than it looks on the map, maybe 2 minutes walk from door to toes in the sand. The inside is immaculate, with brand new everything, and anyone who has ever tried to park in IRB on a weekend knows...those two private parking slots are an incredible convenience. Also the Kooky Coconut at the corner is your second kitchen. This is now my go to bungalow."
